Full job description

Work for a freight forwarding company at its London site.
Chinese speaking and reading skills are required.
Carry out daily office-based operations relating to ocean freight, air freight and e-commerce supply chain management from start to finish.
Communicate with customers and suppliers, prepare quotations and issue invoices.
Undertake basic accounts administration duties, including preparing and issuing sales invoices and providing other reasonable accounts-related support as required.
Report to the manager and supervisor.
Work cooperatively as part of a team and demonstrate good multitasking and organisational skills.
Be familiar with computer-based work and Microsoft Office software.
Applicants must have the legal right to work full-time in the UK.
Two years’ relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
