Full job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

SWD Bespoke is seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse & Goods Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations. This role is focused on managing goods in and out of the warehouse, coordinating couriers, receiving deliveries, organising project packages, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, accurate, and well organised at all times.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, unload, and process all deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and invoices
Inspect all goods for quality and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damages promptly
Record and track incoming and outgoing deliveries within inventory systems
Receive ironmongery and other project materials, organising and packaging items by project
Prepare and coordinate project packages for dispatch alongside scheduled door deliveries
Book and manage incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and packages
Communicate with team members regarding deliveries and package handling
Carry out stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records
Reconcile receiving reports with invoices and report any stock variances or operational concerns
Organise and store goods appropriately, ensuring the warehouse remains clean, tidy, secure, and well organised at all times
Follow all company health, safety, security, and hazardous material handling procedures

Pay: £15.00 per hour
