We're looking for a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join our friendly team. What you'll be doing

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding care and education, helping every child feel safe, confident and excited to learn. You'll:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's individual interests and stages of development.
Create a stimulating, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore.
Observe, assess and record children's progress, using your knowledge of the EYFS to plan meaningful next steps.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and carers, working in partnership to support each child's development.
Support children's emotional wellbeing, independence and confidence through responsive, child-centred practice.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, learning and professionalism throughout the nursery.
Ensure the nursery environment remains safe, clean, stimulating and fully compliant with safeguarding, health and safety requirements.
Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to continuous improvement, helping create exceptional experiences for children and families every day.

We're looking for someone who has:

A DfE-approved Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding.
A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding early years education and care.
