Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Saturday Viewing Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people, showcasing properties, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key representative during weekend viewings, you will help potential buyers or tenants explore properties, answer their questions, and facilitate smooth viewing experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in real estate while contributing to a vibrant and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled property viewings on Saturdays, ensuring clients receive a warm, professional welcome.
Provide detailed information about the property features, neighborhood amenities, and local services to prospective buyers or tenants.
Answer questions clearly and confidently, addressing client needs and concerns with excellent communication skills.
Maintain organized schedules of viewings and ensure all properties are prepared for visits.
Assist with administrative tasks such as logging viewing appointments and updating client records accurately.
Collaborate with the sales team to relay client feedback and follow-up actions promptly.
Support the overall presentation of properties by ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for viewing.

Experience

Previous Estate Agency experience is mandatory
Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills are necessary to coordinate multiple viewings seamlessly and maintain attention to detail.
