Overview

We are looking for a qualified pharmacy dispensing assistant who is looking to work in a vibrant, friendly team environment at our independent pharmacy.

We pride ourselves on providing a top class service to our patients, with a foundation of efficiency and team work; whilst maintaining a positive working environment for staff members.

Main duties:

Accurately dispense prescribed medications following pharmacy protocols using Titan PMR
Assist patients with medication inquiries, ensuring they understand proper usage and potential side effects
Promote our range of pharmacy services, and receive training to conduct certain services
Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards throughout all dispensing activities
Working on the front counter on a rota basis along with all other dispensary team members. What we are looking for:

Essential

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently
Excellent communication skills to assist patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
Excellent team player

Preferred:

Prior experience working as a pharmacy dispenser/counter assistant. Pay rate mentioned applies to qualified dispensing assistants.

Pay: £14.20 per hour
