Crowne Plaza Reading East is a modern, luxury 4-star hotel offering stylish bedrooms, the 2 AA Rosette Caprice Restaurant & Terrace, Monty’s Bar & Lounge, and the Esprit Wellness & Spa with pool, gym, and treatment facilities.

The hotel also features state-of-the-art meetings and events spaces for up to 260 delegates and is conveniently located near the M4 and Winnersh Triangle station, with easy access to Reading, Heathrow, Windsor Castle, and Legoland.

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Assistant role at Crowne Plaza Reading East (Reading RG41 5TS) is a customer-facing hospitality position in the hotel's restaurant, bar, and events operations. The hotel features the 2 AA Rosette Caprice Restaurant & Terrace, Monty's Bar & Lounge, meeting and event spaces, and a spa.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing friendly, professional food and drink service.
Setting up and clearing restaurant, bar, and event areas.
Serving food and beverages to hotel guests.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Supporting conferences, banquets, and other hotel events when required.
