Our aim is to help clients find their perfect homes and investments while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team. In this role, you will support our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes to help us deliver outstanding service to our clients. Saturday working will be required on a rota with a day off in the week.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
Prepare a property for sale including carrying out the measure up and the creation of media materials in order to release a properties to the market
Arrange and accompany property viewings and provide feedback.
Clear understanding of sales progression.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
Stay informed about local market trends.
Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property sales and administration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
Previous experience supporting sales teams is preferred.
Own car and clean driving licence.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
