We are on the lookout for 2 brand new Night Concierges to be the heart of our student community in Waterside, Bristol.
This is a full-time, on-site position, working 40 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern basis. Shifts are typically scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 8pm and 8am, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break included for shifts over six hours. The role offers a salary of £30,000, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing.
As a Night Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring students have a clean, safe, and welcoming place to call home. Your role will include:
- Creating an exceptional student experience - Provide an overnight on-site presence to ensure resident and building security, monitor CCTV and carrying out regular patrols and control site access for residents, visitors, and contractors
- Providing a friendly and approachable presence - Act as the overnight first point of contact for residents and visitors, maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift handovers and deliver professional front-of-house service and handle enquiries efficiently
- Delivering high cleaning standards - Ensure the site is clean, safe, and presentable; identify and report maintenance issues and health and safety risks
Who We’re Looking For.
We’re after a hardworking, detail-focused team player who is passionate about providing a safe and welcoming environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in a customer-facing, concierge, security, hospitality, student accommodation, or residential environment.
- An SIA licence or similar is preferable.
- The ability to remain calm, confident, and professional when responding to incidents, complaints, emergencies, or challenging behaviour.
- Good awareness of health and safety, fire safety, safeguarding, and building security procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries clearly, sensitively, and professionally.
