Pettitt and Boo is the largest retailer of Raw Dog Foods and Treats in Norfolk, with three wonderful shops; Catton, Cromer & Castle Quarter. We're known for our outstanding customer service and reliable consultancy. We are excited to be opening a fantastic new store in a busy area of Kings Lynn.

Job description

We're looking for four members of staff to join our experienced and friendly team. You would be based at our new Kings Lynn store, which will be offering a unique concept as a genuinely natural dog treat pick-and-mix store, with the added advantage of being a raw feeding consultancy centre. The store will also be offering a broad spectrum of pet accessories, carefully selected in partnership with our amazing suppliers.

If you love dogs and/or cats, then this could be your ideal role! We offer all training on Canine Nutrition, but the right candidate should already understand some of the principles of raw feeding.

Customer Service is at the heart of what we do... we have awesome reviews because we go the extra mile to help our customers with any questions they may have about their pets' food. The ideal candidate will be confident in approaching customers and offering help and guidance.

The four roles are:
Canine Nutrition Specialist / Retail Assistant (9.30am - 1.30pm, 5 days a week, inc a Sat/Sun on rotation)
Pet Care Specialist / Retail Assistant (1pm - 5pm, 5 days a week, inc a Sat/Sun on rotation)
2x Weekend Retail Assistant (Sat/Sun 9am - 5pm)
There is flexibility in the hours described amongst the team.

This store is opening in September 2026, but the successful candidates will be required to attend our other stores in Norwich & Cromer in late August for some training sessions.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
