Bakery Operative – 10-30 Hours per Week
Start Time: 6:45am | Monday–Sunday | 2 Days Off Per Week
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bakery Operatives to join our friendly, fast-paced team. No experience is required – full training will be provided.
This role offers progression opportunities for the right candidate, with the potential to grow into a Weekend Supervisor position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients (chopping, weighing, chocolate work)
- Baking, decorating and packing products
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Safely operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens)
- Assisting with live TikTok sessions and packing customer orders
- Supporting social media content creation
- Lifting and moving stock (up to 25kg)
