LTI-Transformations is a growing specialist coatings company helping homeowners and businesses transform and protect their properties with high-quality roof, wall, and exterior coating solutions. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for motivated Canvassers and experienced Canvass Managers to join our team.

Canvasser Responsibilities
Door-to-door customer engagement in designated areas.
Introduce homeowners to our exterior coating and property improvement services.
Generate quality appointments for our sales team.
Record customer information accurately.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Work towards daily and weekly appointment targets.
Canvasser Requirements
Positive, outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Reliable and punctual.
Previous canvassing, sales, fundraising, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
Full driving licence preferred but not required.
Canvass Manager Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and motivate canvassing teams.
Manage daily territory planning and performance.
Monitor appointment quality and conversion rates.
Coach team members to improve results.
Conduct field support and performance reviews.
Report directly to senior management.
Canvass Manager Requirements
Proven experience managing canvassing or direct sales teams.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to motivate teams to achieve targets.
Full UK driving licence required and use of a vehicle (an allowance is paid for this )..
