Kokoro Trading Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative & Van Driver to support our logistics and distribution operations. This role combines warehouse duties with delivery driving as required. Candidates should be physically capable of handling goods and able to work efficiently in a team environment.

Warehouse Operative & Van Driver

Highlights:

Manage stock movements, including goods in/out and inventory control
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (picking, loading, wrapping and labeling)
Drive company vans to complete local deliveries when required
Support smooth warehouse and green logistics operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Basic physical ability for handling goods
Full & clean UK driving licence
Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability
Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred

Employment Benefits & Conditions

Salary: £29,000 per annum during the probation period.
Salary Review: Salary to be negotiated upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Weekend availability may be required depending on the operational schedule)
Annual Leave: 28 days per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays
Pension: Company pension scheme provided
Availability: Immediate start preferred
Location: Hersham, Walton-on-Thames
