Full job description

Job Description: Administrator

Reports to: Operations Manager

Person Specification

Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills.
Ability to organise own workload and determine priorities within the working day
Good time management skills
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

Experience / Qualifications

Previous administrative experience desireable (preferably within the asbestos/construction industry)
Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages – Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
Highly organised, flexible with good communication and keyboard skills

Responsibilities

Assist with team members contributing to the smooth running of various contracts in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the organisation and contract requirements.
Schedule survey appointments into the electronic database (TEAMS), liaise with tenants and clients via telephone and email and ensure appointments are booked in accordance with contract KPI’s and surveyors contracted hours.
Ensure all relevant report documentation is collated, prepared and issued in line with contract KPI’s.
To support the Operations Manager in the efficient and effective management and administration of the organisation, providing advice and support on administrative matters and implementing new ways of working, when applicable.
Maintain targets and KPI’s set by the Operations Manager and act on any urgent instructions received
Communicate with other members of the team accordingly
Issue a regular update to inform all parties of report quantities at each stage for weekly target
General communication/correspondence with clients
To undertake any necessary training and development.
Any other administrative duties as and when required.
