We’re hiring at our busy Heybridge branch, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be treated like a valued team member, not just a number on a payroll number.

With 8 busy branches across Essex and Suffolk, we’ve built our business on trust, teamwork, and top-quality customer care. Our Clacton branch is the head office and one of our busiest and we’re ready to welcome another great person to the team

What You'll Be Doing:

Handling service bookings and customer enquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
Creating job cards and updating service records
Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress
Advising customers on services, repairs, and maintenance
Delivering excellent customer service from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor (motor trade essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A team player with a can do attitude
Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
A friendly, approachable manner with a customer first mindset
