Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational activities across our site. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic working environment. The role involves physical tasks, requiring a proactive attitude and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Support the organisation and tidiness of the worksite, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
Carry out general manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving items
Operate basic tools and machinery as required, following safety protocols
Support team members with specific project-related tasks
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned duties efficiently
Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety for oneself and colleagues

Requirements

Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Good physical fitness and stamina to undertake demanding tasks throughout the day
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual labour roles
