Legal Counsel (2+ PQE) Hybrid | Flexible working considered 3-5 days per week

The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel (2+ PQE) to join our team, reporting to the Head of Legal.

This is a great opportunity to gain broad, hands-on in-house experience, working closely with senior colleagues while developing autonomy.

The hours:

We follow a hybrid working model and are open to flexible or part-time arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:

Working with our Head of Legal you’ll support legal compliance while enabling commercial success.

Contracts & commercial support:

Draft, review and negotiate contracts
Support business growth while managing legal risk

Governance & compliance:

Support Board processes and company secretarial duties
Maintain policies and governance frameworks

Regulatory & specialist areas:

Ensure UK GDPR compliance
Support IP, regulatory and insurance matters

Operational responsibilities:

Maintain contracts database
Support legal and compliance projects

Person specification:

Essential

Qualified Solicitor (2+ PQE)
Strong contract drafting/negotiation skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills

Desirable

In-house experience (not essential)
Experience in a sales/distribution environment
