SERVICE RECEPTIONIST & BOOKINGS CLERK

We have a fantastic opportunity for an additional Member to join the team.
Duties will include:
- Welcome customers into the dealership at point dropping their vehicle to us, and / or at collection.
- Follow the check in process - confirming customer details, works required and additional works and authorise costs. Visually check in the vehicle, with photos of condition and damage. Update service books.
- Process service plan claims.
- Invoicing
- Making workshop booking appointments via inbound / outbound calls and email.
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Always working to a high level of customer service.
- Complete booking confirmation calls within 24 hours of appointment.
- Engaging on-line chat requests and dealing with online bookings.
- Complete follow-up calls within 24 hours of completion to confirm the customers satisfaction levels have been met. Corresponding with the Service Reception Manager where necessary.
- Updating customers on parts ETA’s and booking upon arrival.
- Booking in cars for Service, MOT’s & Repairs.
- Regular communication with Service Department to confirm quality and quantity of bookings.
- Any other ad hoc duties when required.Ideal candidate:
Excellent communication skills; able to remain positive and focused during busy spells; forward thinking and keen to learn with an interest in development and progression; take pride in appearance; hardworking; punctual; reliable; ability to use own initiative; must have a ‘can do’ attitude; polite and courteous.
Possibility to progress to Service Advisor position.
Working week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 1 in 4 Thursdays 07:30am – 16:30am
Saturdays 08:00 - 17:00 (Every Saturday)

Salary: £27,800.00 base OTE £31,000+
