Manor Marketing is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and is a full-service marketing communications, social media, PR and events agency, specialising in digital and B2B promotions for the media entertainment industries.

We are the outsourced marketing and PR departments for our clients and therefore, are seen and work as an extension of their organisation. You will participate in many and varied roles as part of the services we offer, be deadline driven with attention to detail being paramount.

Job description

We are seeking a solid generalist who is enthusiastic and organised. As an agency, the primary function of this role is to support the management of the variety of clients and their requirements. This will involve working closely with the account managers/directors and will give you an opportunity to explore the many facets of the profession.

We are looking for someone who thrives on challenge and enjoys change. You will participate in many and varied roles, often being deadline driven with attention to detail being paramount. No two days will be the same!

This role is critical to supporting the strategy generated by the account managers/directors. This role will impact all areas of the business and will be mainly office-based in Newbury, offering WFH Fridays and will also involve travel.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Involvement in the creativity and coordination of events:

Keeping up-to-date with new and emerging technologies and trends

The ideal candidate for this role will be happy to work five days a week, Monday through Thursday 09.30-17.30, with 09.30 - 17.00 on Fridays, and have some or all of the knowledge mentioned, but training can and will be provided as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or significant alternative experience
Marketing/PR industry recognised qualifications or recognised skillsets
Great IT skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Be enthusiastic, determined and driven
