Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Manager across all areas of Human Resources.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and general HR processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and company documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
Act as a first point of contact for employees, providing support with general HR queries and directing matters to the HR Manager where appropriate.
Support employees with HR-related questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring a professional and approachable service.
Assist with reporting, data management, and the preparation of HR-related information as required.
Support the coordination of HR activities, projects, meetings, and employee communications.
Help ensure HR policies, procedures, and company records are maintained and updated.
Provide general office administration support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Coordinate office supplies, facilities, meetings, and company events as required.
Liaise with employees, managers, external suppliers, and service providers in a professional manner.
Support senior management with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects when required.
Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by the HR Manager in line with the needs of the business.

Requirements

Previous HR administration experience.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude

Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
