Job Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact patient care and community health. In this vital role, you will assist licensed pharmacists in providing excellent service to customers, managing medication supplies, and ensuring a smooth pharmacy operation. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for patients seeking health and wellness support.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with over-the-counter medication inquiries .
Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing medication displays, and monitoring stock levels
Ensure all medication storage complies with safety standards and expiration dates are regularly checked
Provide patient care by answering questions about medications, usage instructions, and potential side effects
Maintain clear records of transactions, medication logs, and patient interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the pharmacy

Experience

Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
