Job Information

Imagine Cruising is looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Product to lead our USA Product team, to drive the vision and execution of the company’s product development strategy. The role involves a deep understanding of product creation, delivery and performance of existing and innovative product categories that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Job Purpose

Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company goals.
Identify market opportunities and define product positioning to achieve competitive advantage, using negotiation skills and data to create value add product propositions
Create a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and developers.
Deliver a collaborative culture within the product team.
Manage the full product development life cycle from concept to launch in line with company expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, marketing, sales and contracting to ensure alignment and synergy in commercial activities.
Report on product performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Responsible for delivering the overall product margin required in the budget
Maintain current and create new partnerships with external suppliers.

Qualifications/ skills/ experience / knowledge

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with a track record of driving commercial success and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking
Experience in managing a high-performing team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric approach to business.
Strong travel background with a solid proven track record
