We are a private membership platform and mobility infrastructure provider for executives, family offices, luxury hotels and premium organisations.

Our technology combines vetted chauffeur partners, intelligent member profiles and delegated booking tools to deliver the familiarity of a dedicated private driver with the flexibility of an on-demand network.

We are not a chauffeur company.

We are not a ride-hailing platform.

We are building the operating system for private travel.

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an ambitious Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion across London’s luxury hospitality and premium services sector.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will be responsible for establishing VEYL as the preferred mobility partner for London’s leading luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, family offices, concierge businesses and corporate organisations.

Acting as the face of VEYL within the hospitality ecosystem, you’ll own the full partnership lifecycle from identifying opportunities and securing meetings through to closing commercial agreements and driving long-term account growth.

You’ll work directly with the founders and play a critical role in defining how premium organisations across London think about guest mobility.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Identifying and engaging high-value partnership opportunities across luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, concierge businesses, family offices and corporate organisations

* Building relationships with General Managers, Heads of Concierge, Guest Relations teams, Executive Assistants and Operations Directors

* Creating and executing strategic outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn and in-person networking

* Securing and leading meetings with senior decision-makers across London’s premium hospitality ecosystem

* Demonstrating how VEYL enhances guest experience, simplifies operations and protects brand standards

* Negotiating and closing partnership agreements that position VEYL as the preferred logistics provider for guest and executive travel

* Onboarding new partners and ensuring successful adoption across their organisations

* Managing and growing a high-value pipeline through our CRM

* Representing VEYL at industry events, networking functions and hospitality forums

* Acting as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights and feedback with our product and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales or account management

* Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders

* Experience within luxury hospitality, private aviation, concierge services, premium memberships, SaaS or high-touch service environments is highly desirable

* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

* Strong organisational skills and CRM discipline

* Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
