Here at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks,we have a fantastic opportunity for a cheerful,enthusiastic and approachable Ceramics Assistant to become part of our paint your own pottery studios. Our studios offer a lively,creative experience suitable for guests of all ages and abilities,and we are looking for someone who will help us continue to deliver a warm,memorable and engaging atmosphere for everyone who visits. The successful applicant will be energetic and able to multi task in a very busy environment.

Position Details:

Seasonal,part-time positions available
Availability required for weekends,bank and school holidays
Due to the location,you must be able to commute to Woolacombe

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests into the studios,providing support and guidance for their paint-your-own pottery experience.
Prepare coffee and other beverages in a fast-moving café environment.
Deliver excellent customer service by staying energetic,enthusiastic,and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Clear and reset tables,including washing tables and painting accessories.
Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness in the studios by performing daily cleaning tasks.
Apply glaze to pottery for the firing process,load kilns for overnight firing,and unload the following day for customer collection.
Operate the till and computers as required.
Restock pottery shelves and refill paints when needed.
An artistic nature and previous experience in a pottery studio are advantageous but not essential.
