About us:

We are an established structural engineering and architectural design company with projects across Worcestershire, Gloucester, Herefordshire, Cotswolds, London and Wales. Our portfolio is for residential extensions, commercial, new builds and structural surveys of commercial and residential properties. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative cost-effective solutions within a time budget.

The Role:

We are seeking a technically excellent and commercially astute Chartered Structural Engineer to lead structural design packages from inception to completion working closely within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Lead on the technical delivery and commercial success of several structural projects including commercial and residential.
Provide expert structural design and analysis in steel, masonry, timber and concrete.
Oversee site inspections and undertake measures and surveys.
Work closely with Architects and liaise directly with clients and other public bodies in the delivery of services.
Ensure design adhere to relevant UK Building Regulations, British Design Codes and Eurocodes.

Essential Qualifications:

Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer
Proficient in structural design and software such as Tekla, Tedds and CADS.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects and client relationships.
Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Package:

Salary £45-55,000
22 Days annual leave excluding bank holidays
