As a Quality and Operations Coordinator, you will:

Assist the Head of Quality in implementing a clinical governance, quality and compliance framework and support a systematic monitoring regime.
Coordinate the schedule of Central Office Support visits to the homes, planning the rota, ensuring all paperwork is available promptly and collecting and distributing completed reports
Collate agreed statistics to enable the Operations Director to monitor operational KPI’s.
Maintain the Trust’s training matrix
Provide ad hoc support when required to the Regional Management Team
To undertake tasks assigned by the Head of Quality and the Operations Director from time to time

To apply, you will need:

GCSE English Language (or equivalent)
CIPD Training Qualification or other relevant training qualification
Significant experience of working within an office environment
Experience of working in a Quality support role
