Full job description

THE ROLE - This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, market leading estate agent with a reputation for service and customer care. With over 11 years trading in Stafford and the surrounding areas, we are well established and now seek an experienced, professional, ambitious individual to drive forward our existing sales & lettings business.

Reporting to the Director, we are looking for an experienced sales negotiator who wants to progress their career.

The job role will be varied and includes the following:

· New and repeat business generation for valuations, instructions and viewings.

· Arranging and attending viewings

· Listing new properties

· Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.

· Communicating with vendors with regards to marketing strategy, viewing feeback and offers

· Achieving pre agreed targets.

The successful candidate must have sales experience, be polished, confident at point of sale, knowledgeable in the local area and have a clean, full UK driving licence. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and has the will to succeed.

BENEFITS - In return you will be given a competitive salary (based on experience) generous, open ended commission scheme, access to company car for business use, pension scheme, annual salary review, 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays and career progression.

Working Hours are 9 – 5pm Wednesday - Friday and 9am – 4pm Saturdays (The candidate will be required to work alternate Saturdays with day off in lieu)

Salary displayed is full time equivalent, part time hours above would range from £15,000 to £16,500 per annum.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
