Full job description

Position: Vehicle Presentation Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus
Hours: 45 /week – MON-FRI 08:00-18:00
Location: Richmond Fareham, PO14 1AJ

*** A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is essential for this role ***

Richmond Motor Group are a highly successful, family run multi-franchise group of dealerships. Since our inception in 1995 we have won many industry awards and accolades, including several from the manufacturers that we are partnered with.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Vehicle Presentation Coordinator to maintain the high standards of vehicle and showroom presentation at our Fareham dealership. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure vehicles are ready for sale by making sure, they're clean, well-presented and photographed for our website. Working closely with our Sales and Valeting teams, you'll help identify, plan, and coordinate what needs to be done to ensure a great first impression for our customers.

As our Vehicle Presentation Coordinator, you'll be:

Working with our Valeting and Sales teams to maintain high presentation standards.
Checking vehicle quality and highlighting any issues before vehicles are displayed.
Supporting improvements to presentation standards and vehicle turnaround times.
Helping keep the forecourt, showroom and display vehicles looking their best.
Checking new and used vehicles are clean, well-presented and retail ready.
Taking pride in delivering a professional environment for our customers.
Photographing vehicles for our website.

Ideally, you are:

Someone with experience in a similar Vehicle Presentation, Valeting, Vehicle Preparation, Detailing, Retail, Customer Service or Automotive role, although full training will be provided.
Comfortable working in a physically active role, spending most of the day on your feet.
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
Passionate about cars with a good eye for detail.
A team player with good communication skills.
Reliable, organised and proud of your work.
