Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment where your skills in materials handling and warehouse operations will shine.

Duties

Select items from inventory based on order specifications circa 300 per day.
Pack products securely, ensuring protection during transit and adherence to quality standards
Stock shelves efficiently, maintaining organised storage areas for easy access and inventory control
Conduct stock checks to identify damaged or incorrect items before dispatch

Requirements

Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently
Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in picking and packing tasks
Excellent physical stamina, able to load, unload, and move products efficiently
This role requires the candidate to be standing throughout their shift
