Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven project management professional to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that contribute directly to organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and business stakeholders.

Monitor project performance through KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and regular stakeholder updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues and roadblocks.
Facilitate executive-level presentations and communicate project progress to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.
Mentor project team members and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience managing large-scale projects in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Experience managing project budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities with experience engaging senior executives.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
