About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive with a passion for sales and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a meaningful and dynamic sector.

Salary is negotiable, with a commission-based pay scheme included.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Make outbound calls to qualify new leads and understand client needs
Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, supporting them toward purchasing decisions
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure successful software delivery and client satisfaction
Address client questions and technical queries confidently and effectively
Conduct regular, planned activities with key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
Develop in-depth product knowledge to clearly communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences
Deliver engaging product demos and webinars—virtually and in person
Attend networking events and travel as required to support client relationships
Share customer feedback with internal teams to support product and service improvements

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
B2B sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft 365/Office
Experience using CRM systems
Willingness and ability to travel when needed

Desirable:

Experience in account management
Experience in SaaS or assistive technology sales
Background in the education sector or knowledge of assistive technology
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and/or HubSpot CRM

You will need to be organised and methodical in your approach to work
Communication and team working skills are essential as you must be able to contribute to cross functional projects.
