Full job description

Job Title: Quality Compliance HR Co-ordinator

Main purpose of job: Support company operations by maintaining the HR & Compliance

Responsible to: The Managing Director/Registered Manager.

Responsible for: Quality Compliance & HR

42.5 hour week to work 6 hour day 7.30am till 4pm.

Main tasks of job:

· Generalist HR duties including disciplinary procedures and complaints

· Monitoring and updating policies and procedures·

· Update and maintain the Human Resources/Personnel records ensuring that all information is accurate, up to date and compliant with the Data Protection legislation.· .

· Maintain standard terms and conditions, employment policies, company policies, procedures and management guidance notes and to ensure these are clearly documented and available as required.

· Assist with annual training with Atlas and development plan ensuring that individual and departmental training plans are adhered to and personnel records are updated to provide an accurate record of training and development.

· Maintain Employee Absence Management data and report data and trends, coordinate action required with depot Managers make sure return to work is carried out.

· Provide support and advice as appropriate in disciplinary, grievance and other such matters.
