Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff / Front of House. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operation. The position offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly and taking orders accurately
Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Handling cash transactions and operating the POS system with basic maths skills
Assisting with setting up and clearing tables as needed
Providing information about menu items and making recommendations to guests
Managing multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure excellent guest experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
