Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of manual tasks across different projects, contributing to the successful completion of building and maintenance works. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in multiple trades within a dynamic environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Assisting with carpentry, roofing, and masonry tasks as directed by supervisors
Supporting construction painting, plumbing, and electrical work where required
Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Assisting with fabrication tasks on-site, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Handling materials and equipment safely around the site
Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met
Supporting team members with various labouring duties to facilitate project progress

Experience

Previous experience in construction or related trades is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific tasks
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in building environments is desirable
Basic understanding of carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work is beneficial
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking practical experience within the construction sector. All positions are paid, reflecting the importance of each team member’s contribution to our projects.
