Full job description

Overview
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to represent our home improvement business at our weekend show-site. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors to our show-site.
Engage with potential customers.
Provide basic information and brochures.
Collate information for our sales team to contact and book appointments.
Maintain a clean and welcoming display area.
Answer the phone in a professional manner.
Take customer payments either over the phone or face to face.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and people skills.
Confident, approachable, and reliable.
Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not essential.
Ability to work independently.

Pay: £12.71-£14.80 per hour
