At full capacity, the service supports up to 46 residents, giving you a real opportunity to influence the quality of care, the experience of our customers and the development of your team.

About the role
As a Service Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the quality, safety and effectiveness of the service, ensuring we meet CQC requirements and consistently provide high standards of care.
You’ll:

Lead, support and develop a dedicated care team.

Create a positive culture where colleagues feel valued and supported.

Ensure customers receive personalised, high-quality care and support.

Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.

Maintain strong compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.

Lead on safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.

Monitor and improve the quality of the service through audits, reviews and feedback.

Ensure care plans and risk assessments accurately reflect individual needs.

Build positive relationships with customers, families, commissioners and professionals.

Oversee recruitment, performance, training and development.

Identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into meaningful change.
About you
We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, compassion and integrity.
You’ll ideally have:
-
Current or recent experience as a Registered Manager within a regulated domiciliary care service.

A strong understanding of CQC requirements and health and social care legislation.

Experience leading, developing and motivating a care team.
-
A track record of maintaining and improving quality within a regulated service.
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-
A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
-
The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and drive improvement.
