Full job description

We are a private mental health service based in Brighton & Hove, and we are looking to add a Practice Manager to our thriving practice.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Maintaining the efficient day to day operations of the clinic to ensure an exceptional patient experience
You must demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and be able to lead from the front being able ready to jump into any situation that may come up at the clinic.
You will be expected to take ownership of end-to-end admin duties and support the admin team in their role.
Managing the overall patient journey, working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical members of the team
Overseeing and co-ordinating both the therapy and neurodevelopmental assessment provisions
Liaising with referers, schools, psychiatrists and other health professionals
Managing annual leave requests and sick leave
Communicating effectively with clients
Book keeping and attending finance meetings
Managing diaries and room bookings
Monitor staffing levels, scheduling and overall service delivery
Providing operational support, training and guidance
Supporting and upholding policies and procedures
Ensuring that communication and teamwork amongst the wider team is effective
Overseeing the administration team
Salary advertised is FTE.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
