Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar and Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a dynamic environment, whether you are starting your career in the industry or bringing previous experience. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests
Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper billing procedures are followed
Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety regulations
Replenish stock levels at the bar and service stations as needed
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues professionally
Follow all company policies regarding responsible alcohol service and health & safety protocols

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Good organisational skills with effective time management
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
Experience in serving or bartending is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for providing excellent guest experiences and upselling menu items confidently

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
