Diabetic Specialist Nurse – (Nationwide)

Location: London, UK
Contract Type: Freelance / Ad Hoc
Salary: Competitive hourly rates

Are you a passionate and experienced Diabetic Specialist Nurse looking for flexible and rewarding opportunities? We are inviting skilled professionals to join our Healthcare Professionals Network for a series of exciting upcoming projects across the UK.

This is a fantastic chance to contribute your expertise in diabetes care while enjoying the flexibility of remote and face-to-face work on an ad hoc basis. Whether you're looking to supplement your current role or explore new challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality diabetic care and education to patients in various settings.
Participate in health initiatives, clinics, and patient engagement programs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
Provide remote consultations and support via digital platforms where required.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Ideally have an up to date DBS and be on the update service (not essential).
Specialist training or experience in diabetes care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.
Willingness to travel for face-to-face appointments.
Full UK driving license and use of a car.
