Full job description

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance / Handyperson to join our team. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay : Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

Carry out snagging, repairs and general maintenance on hire fleet units and caravan sales stock.
Undertake carpentry work & basic plumbing.
Assist with the construction, installation of caravan decking.
Ensure maintenance issues reported to Reception are attended to promptly and efficiently.
Undertake the maintenance and upkeep of public facilities, including the swimming pool and complex buildings.
Assist with general grounds and site maintenance to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the park.
Identify faults and implement effective solutions to maintenance-related issues.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical, hands-on approach.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements

A valid full UK driving licence is essential.
Previous experience in maintenance, carpentry, joinery or a general handyman role is desirable.
Experience constructing or assisting with the installation of caravan decking or similar timber structures would be advantageous.
