STORE MANAGER

CHELMSFORD

circa £29,400

plus opportunity to earn bonus, commission and incentives

What are you looking for?

Management work 37 ½ hours on a two-week rota basis having either a Friday & Saturday off or a Saturday & Sunday off.

What are we looking for?

An exceptional store manager with strong retail, or similar management experience to join our team at Chelmsford.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A passion to develop and succeed.
Stock management, including hands on replenishment, stock counts and booking in experience.
Supervisory skills and/or previous management experience of a small team.
An interest & desire to learn about new hair, nail & beauty products.
Ability to build and maintain relationships, and identify new sales & business development opportunities.

You will be in charge of business development, using your experience to drive sales and ensure maximum profitability. You will have full operational accountability, taking charge of stock, cash handling and overseeing all aspects of the business to achieve targets. You will also be leading a team of 6 key staff, inspiring and developing them to achieve outstanding results and deliver on our Company vision “every customer will recommend us”.
