Salary: £25,000 per year (pro rata for part time)

Hours: 26.5 hours per week

Location: Swindon

Role Purpose:
You will provide administrative support for the Swindon BeU service. You will work with the office manager and other administrators to ensure the smooth running of the office and the administration of the programs to meet targets and deadlines. Responsible for a range of administration, you will be based in our Swindon office with the admin team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. Working as part of a busy office team, you will manage incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries appropriately and ensuring messages are handled promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for processing healthcare referrals within agreed timescales, booking client appointments, maintaining calendars, and supporting service leads and managers with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, both electronically and in paper format, ensuring all client information is recorded and managed in line with organisational policies and data protection requirements. You will use a range of IT systems, including databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software packages, to update records, produce reports, and support day-to-day service administration. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to work on their own initiative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service standards.

Skills and Competencies Required:

Be an experienced administrator.
Experienced working with Microsoft Office and health related database systems
Positive and proactive working at pace with multiple tasks
