In this vital role, you will manage the end-to-end process of property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing services for our clients. Your expertise will help facilitate seamless property transfers, providing exceptional service while adhering to legal standards and deadlines. Responsibilities

Manage all stages of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork related to property sales and purchases
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to coordinate transaction progress
Conduct title searches, verify ownership details, and identify any potential legal issues that may impact the transaction
Keep meticulous records of case files, correspondence, and transaction milestones using IT systems designed for conveyancing processes
Ensure all deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks efficiently and managing multiple cases simultaneously
Provide clear communication updates to clients regarding transaction status and required actions throughout the process
