Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our team.

As a key player in our kitchen, you will bring energy, creativity, and precision to food preparation and cooking, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while leading by example in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with skill, consistency, and attention to detail, adhering to established recipes and standards
Manage food production processes efficiently to meet service times without compromising quality or safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid understanding of food production processes and restaurant operations
Previous experience in hospitality or serving is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teamwork is essential
