We’re on the lookout for reliable, hands-on crew to support the set-up and de-rig of our luxury events. Based primarily in the North West, we also work on projects across the UK. We are looking to build a regular team that can help with our installations and derigs and also support with adhoc work in our warehouse too. Warehouse work will include loading and unloading vans and storage of stock.

The Role:
You’ll work closely with our talented styling team to bring extraordinary events to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving vans to and from venues (Must be 25+)
- Loading and unloading equipment at venues and our warehouse
- Installing ceiling décor such as paper lanterns, chandeliers, fairy lights, and draping
- Building and carpeting simple staging for ceremonies
- Assembling truss systems and large-scale decor features
- Supporting the styling team with heavy lifting and ensuring smooth event execution
What We're Looking For:
- A practical, physically fit team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone with strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a great work ethic and is a true grafter.
- An IPAF is desirable due to the nature of our work. Operating Scissors lifts for example is required.
- Presentable and professional in appearance, comfortable in client-facing situations
- Able to work independently when needed – some small setups will require solo attendance and representation of our brand on site
- Ideally 25+ with a full driving licence
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ideally you will have worked in the events industry before (not essential, but ideal)
Bonus Opportunities:
For the right person, there may be additional work available in our warehouse, including:
- Prop making and constructing wooden decor pieces
- Spray painting and prepping items for events
- Organising stock and shelving, including work at height
Freelance Role with Opportunity for Growth:
This is a freelance position with regular work available. For the right candidate, there is potential to grow into a full-time role as the company continues to expand.
