Administrative Lettings Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Administrative Lettings Coordinator to join our busy property team. No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. What matters most is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence when interacting with people face-to-face.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll be visiting properties, meeting tenants and landlords, and supporting the team with a range of administrative duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out property inspections and preparing detailed inspection reports
Carrying out follow up inspections
Dealing with maintenance issues where required
Taking photographs of properties for advertising purposes
Preparing detailed property inventory reports with detailed photographs before tenants move in
Accompanying and conducting property viewings when required
Completing reports and maintaining accurate records
Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, and applicants

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and professional
Comfortable visiting people in their homes and communicating face-to-face
Organised and detail-oriented
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Confident using computer systems and mobile devices
Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
Full Driving Licence and own vehicle essential.
