Job Introduction

The Manor House, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a luxury country house hotel nestled in the Cotswolds, home to a Michelin-starred restaurant and exceptional dining experiences. It is a place where service, precision and attention to detail come together to create memorable moments for guests.

You will join as an F&B Supervisor on a 1 year fixed term contract and be someone that values leadership, consistency and a guest-focused approach. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our Michelin restaurant, leading the team on shift and ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities

Support the management team in delivering smooth, high-quality food and beverage service
Lead shifts, allocating duties and supporting team members during service
Ensure exceptional guest experience through attentive, friendly, and professional service
Maintain presentation and service standards across all areas
Support training and development of team members
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Person Specification

Previous experience in a food and beverage environment ideally fine dining
Confident communicator with a positive, hands-on approach
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to lead and motivate a small team during service
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
