We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hard Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining outdoor landscape features with a focus on durability and aesthetic appeal. This role involves working on various projects that require technical expertise, physical labour, and attention to detail to create functional and attractive outdoor spaces. The successful applicant will contribute to the realisation of clients’ visions through expert craftsmanship and efficient project execution.
We carry out all different types of landscaping from large driveway installations to garden transformations. the ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in all aspects of landscaping and willing to work hard. We have Loads of different opportunities to scale up in the company from labourers to team leaders with company vehicles.

Duties
- Constructing and installing hard landscape features such as driveways - block paving, resin tarmac, gravel, patios, pathways, retaining walls, steps, and water features using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Operating machinery including excavators and power tools safely and effectively to assist with excavation, levelling, and groundwork preparations.
- ACO drain installations.
- Utilising hand tools such as shovels, spades, levels, and trowels for precise work on various surfaces and structures.
- Collaborating with team members to plan layouts, prepare sites, and execute construction tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
- Must be able to lay block paving / tarmac / resin, install porcelain patios, and have experience with installing aco drains to the main system.
- Proven experience in hard/soft landscape construction with a focus on hard landscaping.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating machinery such as excavators and power tools.
- Familiarity with general landscaping principles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in executing design plans accurately.
- Good teamwork ethic along with the ability to work independently when required.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in horticulture, construction, or landscape design are preferred but not essential.
