Salary – Starting from £34,000 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours - 40 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | Permanent

We’re looking for an Early Years Teacher to join our Northgate House Day Nursery! The nursery is located in the centre of the beautiful market town of Beaconsfield, just a short 15 minute walk from Beaconsfield rail station and local shops. The nursery has recently undergone refurbishment and there are lots of sensory areas, cosy reading corners and imagination stations for the children to enjoy! Along with this we have exciting extra curricular activities such as Little Stars music sessions and Spanish lessons.

The Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all the children to develop and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.
What we’re looking for
Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
