Full job description

This summer Ground Up is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team.

We work across a range of sites delivering high-quality grounds maintenance and soft landscaping, and we're looking for someone who shares our standards and work ethic.

As a Team Leader, you'll play an important role in supporting and motivating the team, organising daily workloads, and helping to ensure our customers receive an excellent service.

What we're looking for:

Experience in grounds maintenance (grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, general upkeep)
Previous industry team leader, supervisor or management experience
Ability to motivate, support and lead colleagues to maintain high standards
Experience organising daily schedules, workloads and diaries to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Confidence liaising with customers on-site and representing Ground Up professionally
A strong work ethic and pride in your work
Ability to work well as part of a team while taking responsibility for leading others
Full UK driving licence
Someone who wants to progress, not just clock in and out
