Palm Yorkshire is a trusted provider of professional property building and maintenance services, including work on local authority properties. We're currently seeking experienced Plumbers and Tilers to join our team, delivering high-quality work across domestic properties in Leeds and Wakefield.

The role will begin on a self-employed basis under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Full Bathroom Refurbishments: Carry out complete bathroom installations including plumbing, tiling, fitting sanitary ware, and applying finishing touches to a high standard.
- Plumbing Installations & Repairs: Install baths, showers, toilets, sinks, taps, pipework, and fix leaks or drainage issues.
- Wall & Floor Tiling: Accurately install tiles with clean finishes, including surface preparation and grouting.
- Surface Preparation: Remove old fittings and tiles, prepare walls and floors for tiling or new installations.
- Kitchen & Bathroom Fitting: Assist in wider refurbishments including fitting units, pipework, and basic joinery if needed.
- Occupied & Void Properties: Carry out work in both tenanted and empty properties, ensuring professionalism and minimal disruption.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work meets building regulations and company quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in plumbing and tiling, including bathroom refurbishments.
- Materials Management: Able to assess, manage, and order the right materials for each job.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving licence is essential for travelling to sites.
- Tools & Transport: You must have your own tools. A company van or use of your own vehicle can be arranged.
- CSCS Card: Preferred but not essential.
- Additional Trade Skills: Skills in plastering, carpentry, or electrics are a strong advantage.
What We Offer
